no fill for field action with conectIt

Hallo together,

we actually use SC 5.01 and CIt 3.0.1, we have a mapping to create open
Incidents with the default mapping problem open.
Like the default mapping we use the fields action,2 and action,3 to fill
the incident description.
All other fields are filled and the incident is create fine but the field action have no entry.
Peregrine says we must use the Variable $pmc.actions and have to use some professional service to fill this field, :cry:
does anybody knows what kind of service this can be?

I think it must be coded on the formate control of the form problem open who is used by the pmo?

You don't need action,2 and action,3 (remove those from the map)
You only need action which is an array.
