Hello All,

I need some help with Shadowing to Oracle.

I have the ticket files (incidents, problem, Probsummary etc.) shadowed to Oracle.
All files remain in P4, the shadowing to Oracle is for reporting.

The question is if I add a field to the P4 database, recreate the mapping and the DDL in the shadowing process. Also create the field in the Oracle database.
How do I re-sync the files ?

When I restart Service Center to sync with the Oracle database, how long does it take to sync the files ?

Does the system re-sync all records in the database ?

I've checked out the Service Center documentation and could not resolve my issue.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.
