Thread: Upgrading from Service Center3.0 to 5.0

I am upgrading our Service Center from 3.0 to 5.0. The problem is that we have done countless customizations to the base 3.0 product. Of course, there was no documentation done, and now I don't even know what the base product looks like in order to determine how to migrate it. Does anyone have any information on the base version of 3.0? Also, any tips on migrating to 5.0 would be helpful. thanks.

Have the same experience here! (although with SC4.03) Was never told or forgot how it is supposed to work at all. No documentation either...
Start all over again (and document it!) seems the be the only way.
That's what we are doing right now!
Try a third party to help you with reviewing the processes and customization done. I don't know SC3, but it's probably even worse than what we're doing now... Did you do the customization yourself? And what modules are you using? Let me know!
