    Hi All,

I have an external access db that I would like to create, update, and close SC problem tickets from. That part of the equation is fairly easy.. I setup an ODBC connection in Connect. It and then mapped it to the appropriate event-in map in SC.

My question is how can I remove or flag the records in the access table so that it doesn't get processed again. I am passing an external reference number into SC which I should be able to use as a reconciliation key.

If anyone has a solution and/or scenario to share I would greatly appreciate it.

    thanks,

    Aaron

I have not figured it out how to do it yet but You should use what is called Process Reports. With this you should be able to determine which transactions that has been processed successfully and act accordingly by marking or removing the source record.
