I usually use Sybase's Power Designer for such tasks, alothough at $2000 a copy it ain't cheap. There are freeware utilities out there, check out freshmeat.net and do a search for ERD.



However, in the case of ServiceCenter, keep in mind that the links between tables are handles within the application layer, and it does not rely on the mechanisms of the DBMS to maintain these relationships. Consequently, and ERD diagrammer will accurately list the fields on the tables, but will not be able to establish any link relationships automatically.
