Macro for file cm3r

Hi All

We have a requirement to send an email based on certain information
filled on change form (cm3r).An email should go to the person who is
opening a change. I have written a macro and try to select some
of the options available but getting an error when trying to save the
change with similar conditions set in the macro.

Please have a look at the attachment and I have highlighted the options
with red. Any suggestion which option would be best to send the mail
to a person who is raising a change

I think there is some problem with attachments. They are not getting attached. The options I am talking about when we click on set paratmeters
and on that screen "send mail to" and the other drop down next to it on the top
