Hallo everybody,

we have realized that IBM sends us an email when they get a call from our customer. the email contents the customers number, our incident number, the IBM-Incident number, the name of the IBM Supporter.
The incoming email is saved by a rule to a local file. This will taken by a senario updates an existent incident, identicated by the incident number in the file.
In the scenario I fill the fields third.party.name, third.party.reference, third.party.referred.by, third.party.referred.
In the event maping I have updated the activity action with the variable $apm.activity="Update durch IBM-Mail", this field comes out in the activity type field.
All works fine, but I can't fill the field activity description, does anybody know how this field could fill in the event mapping.
