I relly don't know for sure but what do You mean with screen prints? The browser can print any page it displays.

well, i am currently running a project to automate our email interface. I am looking at using scautomate email and a Get-it installation (and even maybe your html email application) , but a lot of our users like to send the files they are having issues with or screen prints of the applications they are having issues with, with the email.

What I am hoping that get-it has the functionality to attach files to a record and then pass this to SC, or that SCautomate has a way of handling screen prints and attcahments aswell.

    Does that make sense?

Ok I thought You with screen prints meant printing what is currently displayed on the screen but You mean attaching any kind of file - some being screen prints - to the ticket.

I don't know if Get it suports that. I know that event services can handle attachments, Connect. It can so I would think that the probability is high.

Get-Services 4.0.1 has the ability to add/view/delete attachments for the IT-employee profile (into Incidents). OOB, there is only a way for a simple user to view the attachments, but he cannot add attachments. But I think you can customize it so it would be possible.

It is possible by following document id: S8L-M1S-W5MD from http://support.peregrine.com.
    It contains instructions and xml-files.
