    Default Get.Service 4.1 and category wizard

    get.Service 4.1 uses a "categorywizard". If you add the field "category" in the docexplorer, the fields subcategory / problemtype / producttype are automatically added

    My questions :
    -where is this wizard fired ?
    - is there a way to change / add fields which are automatically added through the doc explorer ?

    Default Category Wizard

    Sven,

    The "wizard" uses the category.jsp located in the directory structure: Tomcat4\webapps\oaa\WEB-INF\apps\incidentmgt\jscript

    You will need to tailor this script to change/add fields or its behavior in any way.
