After upgrading with SC51EFIGS upgrade tool from SC4
the following bug appeared:

Opening an incident from a call didn't work. The problem open
format didn't open. Systems stays on cc.inquick.

Result of analysis:

Several applications differ between SC51 canned system
and the applications loaded by upgrade tool SC51EFIGS.

I didn't have the time to identify which application is buggy.

What I've done to fix the problem:

All applications, with error messages while opening an incident
from a call, I unloaded from SC51 canned into my upgrade system.


The following are definitely buggy:

- dbdict.utility (command dbdict from command line didn't work)
- us.notify

The following applications seem to be buggy:

- se.call.process
- se.view.engine
- us.modify.form

The following I don't know (I just loaded them from SC51 canned system)

- cc.first
- apm.edit.problem
