Thread: ConnectIT! (Vers. 3.2.1)

Hello everybody...
I need some quickly help for my ConnectIT! Scenario which I defined for ServiceCenter (4.10) --> ConnectIT! --> EMail (sending) via Lotus Notes.

At first I have to explain, that I will go "in production" today evening for our customer, so I am a little bit excited. :cry:

Now, I build a scenario and copied them to the customer server, so after that I tried to adjust the ServiceCenter Servername (the test was successful) and the Lotus Notes inteface. This test gave me an Error Code: - Problem accessing VIM library VIM32.DLL
Connection test unsuccessful.

Maybe I have to tell you, that now we need the SCEmail interface to send E-Mails out of ServiceCenter via Lotus Notes to the reciever. And the MAPI runs already.
I phoned with Peregrine but they told me I have to check the Systemvariables Path at the Server for the Lotus Notes Client.

I hope somebody can help me?

Are you sure that the Lotus Notes user (mail profile) you are using have the proper rights? The keyword here is around the accessing the mailbox

Finally, I assume that you are using the Lotus Notes version 5 client
