Blank fields on Problem queue screen

Hi All,



After a very long night my production machine is finally on the SC4 application release. 99.9% of the system is working correctly however I am having a couple of issues.



Some fields such as subcategory, firstname and lastname and brief description are blank on the Problem queue screen. An analyst at Peregrine said that is probably the build.probsummary link, that those fields are not listed in the link. But in fact they are in the link and before the upgrade they were showing in the queue just fine. Any thoughts?

Hi All,



I spoke to Peregrine support and apprently this is a known issue in SC 4.X if you are pushed out to SQL. There are two SCRs regarding it: 16068 & 18118



According to support it will be fixed in SC 5 which is due out this week.

The SC5 release is that confirmed? Because I have today heard that it will be delayed - I am attending a Connect.It training class at the moment and someone mentioned it was delayed.

Support told me yesterday that is was supposed to be out this week. I don't know where in the loop they are, so that could be incorrect.. who knows
