    Default How to use PHP to call SC Auto SDK C API ?

    I am looking for the underline PHP or java code to call the SC Auto SDK C API to open/update/close tickets in ServiceCenter running on a UNIX server.

    We are on SC5.02 RTE and A9902 application.

    Any help would be muct appreciated.

    I would love to see this too, but I suspect that you will not see anything like this for PHP. Reason being is because Peregrine did not make the SCAuto SDK consumable OOB. It is meant to be a kit for writing your own executables.

    This said - no reason why you cannot write your own C module to put some business logic around the SDK library's, and then call from PHP.

    We did exactly that to inteface with java.

    I did not code it myself. But basically our java developers did what Kyle suggests.

    They wrote some c++ wrapper code that could be called from java. I don't have the exact details.
