    Hello All !

Does anybody found some Peregrine Rules or preconisations about HW Architecture ?

Actually, I have to establish an Architecture Preconisations Document for a client and I would like to do it based on some rules.

It will be a NT environment, with ServiceCenter, ORacle Database, SCAuto Mail, Connect. It with ODBC connector. With a web server for the Java Applet and "Fabulous" web gateway".

    Any hints ?

    Thanx

    Guillaume

    Re - Hello !

I found some light stuff on the Peregrine support web site : it is an excel sheet with some formulas that enables you to know the CPU speed and HArd Disc size needed when using SC with only service and incident management....

You can get this xls doc at this URL :

    http://support.peregrine.com/support...zingmp0007.xls

Any complement of information to my question will be welcomed !!!! My problem is not completely solved !!!!

    Thanx

    Guillaume
