    Default C-It and LDAP connector

We've just begun looking into setting up Connect-It (3.2.1) for possibilities in production. I have seen that C-It can support an optional LDAP connector, such as making calls to ActiveDirectory.

My question is if a user changes their password on ActiveDirectory, will C-it also be able to carry over that change to their user logon to ServiceCenter?

Probably not. I would guess that the passwords in LDAP are encrypted.
