Shadowed database not updated

Hi there,
we're recently configured the one of the SC(ver4) P4 tables to shadow to a MSSQL2k Server.
While the initial shadow was successful (we can see the past records), however, we're having difficulty trying to get SC to sync up the shadowed database regularly.
It seems to sync up only when the Service Center is freshly restarted and we run the scsqlqt.exe from the commandline. After that any further updates to SC are not replicated.
Any help is much appreciated. tia!

scenter -que:sql
