Get Resouces and Get.it for Change Mgmt

Hi there,

My customer is looking into acquiring Get Resources and Get.it for change Mgmt to work with modules in SC. I don't know much about the products and was wondering how difficult it is to set up a demo of the software as I want to be sure these products can do what the customer is expecting. Could you advise what I need to install it?

When we did a Proof of concept we needed to use the get.it tailoring kit because we have bespoke fields in the cc.incquick and problem.open forms.

Also with get.it/services to have the change management module working you need to have SC5 or later.

You'll need a box capable of running web services as well

When you say get.it tailoring are you referring to Studio? I know they have updated Personalization a fair bit to do some of the tailoring you can do via Studio but not sure where the difference lies.
