I have installed Connect.IT 3.3.1 and need to integrate ServiceCenter with ARS. I have been able to pass all other fields from probsummary except the attachment. From the mapping scripts, I am able to select the attachment but the attachment comes across as NULL.
When I view the Source document type, I am able to see the attachment, including the path to the document.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
