Hi,

1) My data folder is getting bigger and bigger. Just a note taht most of my calls have attachments attached.

I am thinking of freeing up some space, yet at the same time, not to delete the old data - say from year 2002 onwards. I would like to maybe archive the old calls details and attachments at the same time.

Any idea on how can I do it?

2) Another query - Sometimes after updating a call, when I click the OK or Save button from the menu list, moving on to look at another call.
When I return to view the changes made to the previous call, the changes are gone. Any idea why will this happen?

Greatly appreciate your help.

PS: I am using Peregrine 4.0.4.
