    Peregrine spent a far amount of time showing off version 6.
    They didn't make many changes to the applications themselves, but the user interface is significantly changed.
    (see a screen shot on its datasheet: http://www.peregrine.com/products/pd...Center6_DS.pdf )
    Menus are being replaced by an explorer style navigator.
    There is now built in chart dashboards you can create on the fly.
    Can make calls to JavaScripts from FormatCtl and Document Engine.
    New DHTML Web client is replacing old Java client; I'm told you can provide URL links directly into it.
    P4 is still supported, but can be totally removed if mapped to RDBMS.

    With new web client I wonder about the long term viability of the Get Services client. I don't really see a need for it any longer (except for the way its licensed).
    Speaking of licenses, Peregrine has contracted to have their licensing model reviewed. I'm interested to see what comes of that.

    Peregrine is supposed to be posting the slides from the conference on the support site; I haven't seen them show up yet.
