I have a year ago on a test-sc setup that an output event is written everytime a call is created.

I want now do disable that but I can't remember where I added a record to enable this.

It is not in generic event administration and it is not a trigger.

Anybody have any ideas?? Its driving me crazy >=(

Is it really when you only create a callticket or is it when a call turns to a problem? Then you should check your fc of the problem.open-forms.

and what about the display option cc.first?

    Good luck.

It is only when creating a new call and it does not matter if a problem is associated to it or not.

I know it is not in any formatcontrols because I can remember I added a record somewhere to tell SC to write a certain eventout.

I found the solution. It was the boolean1 parameter in the eventin event that caused the extra HARDCODED output event.
