Has anyone implemented an interface to the HP jet direct printer monitor so that the email's will automatically create incidents?
I don't supose you have received any advice on this topic yet. We are using JetAdmin 7.8 and it has the abilty to produce alert email messages which we would route to ServiceCenter's SCAuto. However the alert messages can not contain the ":" in it's messages so SCAuto won't see the formated email correctly.
Does anyone else have advice I can use. I'm not sure if connect-it would work for this either as I'm very new to connect-it and just recently started with SCAuto In Events.
