    Default GetAnswers / ServiceCenter Integration Documentation

    Does anyone have documentation for teh GetAnswers/ServiceCenter integration? I cannot find anything on Peregrine's website. Specifically looking into how fields values (SCIM) are passed between GA and SC.

    Appreciate any help.

    Hello jane, in 5.1 of SC, check trougth database manager the getansconfig table.
    You will see what you want
