Connect-IT and ServiceCenter operators

I hope this is not a rediculous newbie question but having tried this for a while and gotten no where, and finding nothing in these archives, I turn to you all.



Does anyone here have experience using connect-it to put the P4 assignmentperaters data into SQL. Specifically I do not know how in the mapping scrit area to



1. split the incomming list of operators into single items



2. how to write out multiple replicas for the group name records each with a different operator.

Hi,
I was just wondering if you ever found a solution to your problem. I am trying to a similar function. I am trying to load data from a database to the HPSM operator table.
I want to load one or more assignment groups for one operator. I am able to load one assignment group but have not figured out how to load multiples.
