Thread: Upgrade SC 3.0 sp2c to sp9c or SC 4.0

    Can anyone give some guidance/recommendations regarding pros/cons of the following scenerios.



    a. Upgrading ServiceCenter 3.0 sp2c to 3.0 sp9c



    VERSUS:



    b. Upgrading/overlaying ServiceCenter 3.0 sp2c with ServiceCenter 4.0 (with all the compares of forms, formatctrl, links, etc. to follow later this year.)



    Also, have any ServiceCenter 4.0 packs been found to be "bug" or "bullet proof"?



    This site has no RAD license, using P4 database, SCAuto Server, SCEMAIL, SCAuto-Pager; also, no current plans to migrate to Oracle or other external database.
