We are disastified with the functionnality found inside of the get service product espacially the change process implementation. Are organisation wished to create a seperate web application using php to add and query to the ServiceCenter tables. Most of are tables are pushed to oracle with the exeption of the administration tables wich we are considering moving. Did anyone experiment with this. I heard that the P4 odbc driver has been design to prevent license bypass. But i haven't heard anything about the Oracle ODBC. Expetially since we use Crystal's ODBC that works better.
