We are on GetIt.Services 4.1, having upgraded from 4.0 sometime last year, the documentation talks about change management functionality being available - but the installation notes I've got state that an authorization code is need to unzip the unload files for Service Center (using SC 5.1.4)?
Is the change management functionality available if GetIt.Service is licensed or does it incur additional cost? Does anyone know?
I'm wanting user to raise & update change request & be able to see any task raised in related to change - hoping this is all possible.
