Open problemticket through SCAuto and a call at the same tim

Hi..

we are opening tickets through events (pmo).
This works fine so far.

Now I try to find a way to open a related CALL to this problemticket at the same time.

I thought to do this through RTE-Calls. But is there maybe a easier way to do that?

Ok.. I found a way of doing it.

I only open a problem ticket trough a event.

In problem.open - formatcontrol then I add a record to the call database through rtecalls.
After that I add a record to screlation database. Trough rtecalls as well.

Works fine.
