Default Attachments not available in old tickets after upgrade

Hello, After upgrade to sc6.1 attachments er stores in SYSATTACHMENT file but are not available in old incidents. For new incidents there are no problems incidents are showing them. I suppose that is just a link to the new SYSATTACHMENT table or a join. Does someone have a advice? THX

Pre 6, the attachment table was SYSBLOB. We're working on a 6 reimplement in my system, but we don't use attachments, so I haven't really paid attention to that. Check the docs closely, maybe there's something about migrating attachments that you have to do seperately?

Did You run the attachment convert part? It should be mentioned in the documenation exactly what is needed to convert old attachments to the new format.

The Attachment conversion has bben run as described and the records were moved from SYSBLOB to SYSATTACHMENTS file, but if I retrieve any old incident the linked attachment is not showed on the attachment page. Either the SYSATTACHMENTS is not updated with the new application or the Join has been lost in anyway.

I found the hint... The upgrade utility didn't upgrade the application in SYSATTACHMENTS fille to "probsummary". All old incidents has "problem" as application.
