I've called Peregrine support and their support has really gone down hill in the past few months. I'm hoping I might get some better instruction from this group.

We are starting to dabble in to the SCAuto features to handle inbound email messages. I've figured out how to configure SC to create new CALL tickets based on an email. I can not figure out how to make an email message update an exisiting PM/IM Ticket.

The email message will have the ticket number, the SC_type, and the body will be the additional information added to the incident ticket in the actions.

I've tried creating one and I've also tryied to use the Problem Update event map that is canned. I get the errors
