Default CIT 3.6.0 (AIX) can't connect to SC 6.1.2 on AIX

Connect It 3.6.0 and SC 6.1.2 on AIX 5.2
    ===============================
Has anybody tried this combination successfully ? When i copen connectors I see ConnectIt connecting to SC, getting the version number, then the connection is broken with a message like - Connection to the process executing the connector was broken.

    Any ideas ?

    Hi,

are you trying to use Connectit on AIX ? If yes - why?
CIT has less bugs in Windows version. I understand that it is nice to have
all things running on the same machine (AIX) but it is not a good idea
to use something that is not well tested - and all versions of Unix
versions of Peregrine products, are not well tested.

In Peregrine release notes for CIT 3.5 there is an info that starting from this
version it is possible to connect to SC 6.0. Maybe it is not possible to
connect to SC 6.1.2 ? I am using CIT 3.6 and SC 6.0.2 and it is OK,
    but CIT is on windows.

    Anyway, try:
    - see if it can connect to SC 6.0.2 on the AIX.
    - try to create detailed log, to do so choose Options in CIT but hold the
Ctrl key. This will give you all advanced options, not available in other way. You will find a log section - configure it.

In case of problems you may contact me directly: angielskia@prokom.pl
I will try to help you. In few days, I will also try - if time permits - to
use CIT 3.6 but I have only 6.0.2 server available on AIX.

    good luck
    Artur
