Question Kill WAS session after SC timeout scheduler.

    Hi,

Working with SC 6.1.2 server and Web client, when inactivity scheduler kills userīs process, WAS session keep alive and produce an exception.
Anybody knows if this is an issue with Websphere configuration or maybe is a bug in web client SC logout process? And then how could i resolve it?

    Thanks in advance,

    davos,

Hi Davos. We had the similar situation. First it is not Websphere. It is the application itself. We did three things. The first was a weekly reboot of the server. What is happening is that the linker cannot kill the java processes. Second, we moved as many people as possible off of the web and on to the Windows Client. We still have users that use the Web, but they are fewer now. And third, we moved from 6.1.2 on a Linux server to 6.1.4 on a Windows server.
