Is anyone using web services to create, update, or close tickets in ServiceCenter? If so, would you mind providing a sample of your code? I know that ServiceCenter supplies a sample; however, that sample parses through a command from a command window and it therefore makes it difficult to follow the code. We're trying to call the appropriate web service to open a change ticket in ServiceCenter. Ultimately, we would like to perform this call from an Outlook form, but right now, we're just trying to come up with a proof of concept. We've created a VB form to call the web service, but we're running into a lot of problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
