First timer using this forum. We are trying to setup weekly and monthly oncall schedules in ServiceCenter. We want a solution that is easy to manage. Peregrine Support gave me a complex solution.
Our current solution is to use the Exceptions tab and have multiple records for the same contact the dates he/she is on call. For example, if Bob is on call for January and May, Bob would have 2 records in the Exceptions tab; one from 1/1 to 1/31 and another from 5/1 - 5/31.
If anyone has a better solution, please let me know.
