I've learned the hard way that 176 is the MAGIC number for forms. ServiceCenter will automatically resize using this number appropriately, even if your form is larger than that number. Other numbers may not provide WYSIWYG results.
Was struggling with these crap dynamic forms and had forgotten completely about this magic number so now I have stuck this thread for future reference.
