Default Please Help - Using Connect-IT for the 1st time

... I haven't used Connect-IT before and I need to implement it. Basically picking up data from an SQL database and populating it in to AC.

Using the manual and a bit of luck, I have managed to create a scenario and am sucessfully populating AC with user information. One thing though I just can't work out, I can't find anywhere to say that if the data is already there, just update or add if it's not there...... at the moment everytime I run the scenario it just adds the whole list of users in again (so end up with duplicates), I want it to check and if the user is there (and info unchanged) don't add another,

Just a helpful point in the rough direction of where this is set would be hugely helpful,... I can't seem to find any mention of this in the documentation.

    ........ Thanks,

What you're looking for is called a "reconciliation key". The simple way to set it up is to click on the little key next to the mapping of whatever is the unique field (eg user ID). This will turn the key red and cause records to attempt to update. If you look at the reconciliation tab, you have some additional options.

    Hello,
I am having a similar problem. I actually selected the recociliation key for a unique field (user ID) but when I run the scenario nothing is updated. I am not sure what I am missing.....Do I have to add additional code to the mapping section? Any suggestions would be great.
    thanks
