    Default Sync Process and ServiceCenter 6.1.x

    We are experiencing a problem where a user closes the client session without logging out. The session is not killed by the server and remains idle until it is termnated by an Admin. Has anyone else experiences this, and is there a work around/fix?

    Why don't you activate an Inactivity Timer to kill sessions idle for an hour ?
