Thread: Date Markers

    Default Date Markers

Hello,... as you can see from the previous post, I'm using Connect-IT for the first time,...

Pretty much got everything working, although I have one question, which if anyone could point me in the rough direction I'd be very appreciative,

I will be pulling info from an SQL database,... instead of running the scenario for every record in this external database, I just want it to initially check if say the record has been updated within the last day or so,...?

Where would I put this query in Connect-IT?.......

I guess if I map the 'last scanned date' to a matching field within AC I could put a query on this,... but how do I get it to check this before going through all the other fields first...?

I hope i'm making this clear?

If you run the scenario as a schedule then there will be pointers used that will ensure you only get records updated since it was last run. (as far as I remember the field sysmodtime is used)
    Best regards Tommy
