XML to SC Call

Hi,

I'm very very new to Connect.IT and I need to implement a solution whereby an XML file generated by OVOW causes a Call to be raised in ServiceCenter 6.1.

I have the solution for getting OVOW to generate the XML file, what I do not have is the skills to read the file and open the Call in SC using Connect.IT.

Can anybody help or at least give me some pointers to some good info?

Recently, I just set up a enviornment for raising a call in SC 6.2...

Hope that will work...

Flow will be like


XML---------------Mapping---------------SC
In Connect- IT


There you have to create one XML connector and then SC connector.
then these two will be connected through Mapping.

Connect IT uses "pmo" event to open a TT in SC.

the only thing that matters is the configuration of the connector shuld be done correctly.
