We are running v3.4.0.5305 and are aiming for v3.6 with MS Exchange and Windows 2003 Server.

I have today a working scenario were it fetches the email but my problme is when users attach pictures in the body. CIT improts them fine but we canīt open them. I get a new call with an attachment that cannot be openede even though we have associated the extension with all type of programs. My wish is when the email has been fetched ok, CIT should also attach the whole email as an attachment, similar to the drap & drop function directly from a mailbox were the email is an attachtment with the xtension .msg.

Possible?
