We upgraded from scsmtp to scmapi in December 2006. Prior to upgrading, looking at the records in the Event Input queue, we could identify the operator that sent a message that failed to be delivered. For example, the evfields would contain:

bob.helpdesk^SCAuto Mail^^Unable to deliver mail^The following mail could not be delivered to 'joe@joeblow.com'
-------------------------------------------------------------
Subject: Service Center Email


After upgrading to scmapi, we do not get these emails. Instead, we get the following:

falcon^System Administrator^^Undeliverable: Problem Ticket Closed^Mon, 26 Feb 2007 16:34:08
Your message could not be delivered.


I'd like to know how we can replace 'falcon' with the operator ID. Furthermore, has anyone used the '-admin' parameter for scmapi.
