You know those litle surprises the developers usually put into the code to show off. Microsoft products is full of them.

Dont know about Peregrine developers showing off! How about coding it right in the bloody first place!!! How about an "UNDO" option, or rolling out versions that are not riddled with bugs!!!

No Easter Eggs, but a couple of 'rotten eggs'

My favorite so far is with Version 3, sp3: Normally, you give a user "Debug" in the capabilities word so that they can use the debugger (so, usually only the Admins would have it)... well in this release they had coded it in reverse to aid in their testing, and so we had to give "Debug" to all our operators to turn it off! Then, when we upgraded to sp4a we had to take 'Debug' back off again!

Default Easter eggs in IDD/Desktop Inventory

I don't know about ServiceCenter, but Desktop Inventory (formerly IDD) has a couple of them.

    For example,
    - In the About box, ctrl-shift-alt-click on the Peregrine logo to get a list of people involved in it.

    - In Analysis Workbench, click Edit->User SAI. If you double-click on the empty space between the Reload and the OK button, a new control appears that allows you to view all of the loaded SAIs, not just the User SAI.

There are probably more "eggs" hidden here and there

In AssetCenter 3.x you can open the About... window then by pressing the AGDS keys in that order you get a runaway close button, or by pressing SDGA all the text in the box reverses.

Never managed to find any more though.
