Can someone please repeat how the licensing for Get.It works.

    Including licensing for Get.It Studios

    hi...
for OAA (former called Get-It) you will pay per user.
for Studio you will have to be certified to be able to buy the product (i think it costs about 5000$).

Yes I could guess that :-(

But how does it work in real life? Does the number of concurrent licenses need to be raised? I read something about a daily limit etc.

I found the answer in the GPUG list.

Get.It is a daily concurrent License. They are purchased in addition to
any ServiceCenter licenses and you purchase separate licenses for
Get.Services and Get. Resources. You should purchase enough licenses for
the maximum number of users in a 24 hour period and allow for multiple
    logins per person.

    Example:

    You have 100 Get.Service Licenses.

20 users log in at 8 am to open call tickets.

You now have 80 licenses available for use until 8 am the following day.

10 people login at 10:00am to check the status of existing tickets.

You now have 70 licenses available for use until 8 am the following day,
after which you will have 90 available until 10am.
    Best regards Tommy
