does anybody know something about an integration from Siebel over SOAP to ServiceCenter..

What we need is something like this:

1.) button click in Siebel case (from GUI)
2.) create Incident in ServiceCenter over SOAP
3.) retrieve the Incident URL over SOAP
4.) open browser window from Siebel with Incident URL

Any similar integrations?
