    Default IND network scanning

    Hi,
    has anyone tried to connect a IND box to their company network? if so... did it slow down the performance on the network or did you not notice any difference ?

    Hi!

    We have had the box connect to our network for about 1 year now, I know that our network guys have complained that it is generating a lot of network traffic sometimes. But not that much that it has been an issue to disconnect it.

    hi,
    finally we tested the IND box
    the IND box scanned the range we wanted and generated alot of network traffic that caused approx 300 citrix clients to disconnect to the server. We are sure that it was the IND that caused the problem because the network problems stopped when we disconnected IND and began again when we connected the IND again.
    I'm glad we only tested on a small range and not the entire network - that would probably have caused 20.000 citrix clients to disconnect
