    Default Recommended ServiceCenter Partners?

Can anyone recommend good SC partners/resellers they have worked with? I would like to contact potential resellers for a new tool for SC.

Do you have more information on that Web-based reporting tool? I can't find it on the Net.

    Default Recommended ServiceCenter Partners?

SCWebView is a new web-based reporting tool for SC. It provides desk management information such as calls/incidents opened/resolved/closed within a period, analysis of current open calls/incidents, and adhoc query and data extraction. It allows full drilldown to the individual call/incident. The data must be available in a SQL database (SQL Server, Oracle etc)

    Key features are:
    1. Simple customer-configurable mapping to physical database to support dbdict changes (additional fields etc)
    2. All text customer-configurable
    3. Multiple concurrent languages supported
    4. Multi-company support - users can be restricted to one or more company's data.
    5. Pure HTML on client - no control or applet downloads

If anyone wants more details, they can email me at martin@topspeed.co.uk. The product is currently being marketed in the UK by Infrasolve, and I'm looking for other companies interested in reselling the product, particularly in Europe or the US/Canada.

The latest version of SCWebView supports Oracle (8 or 9) and SQL Server databases.

Free evaluation licences are available for the product, for users to try with their own database.

I'm slightly confused...can Crystal Reports do the same thing (web based) as this product?
