Default Urgent!!!how to verify SCAuto API installation?

Hi,Thanks for your help in advance!!!
I encounted a very urgent problem about Verifying SCAuto API installaion.
I have done according to SCAuto API installation Guildline, and configured scauto service name in /etc/services files
and scenter -listener:12690 in sc.cfg file. When I run command 'nttest -s scauto' on a machine, an error output like
'Connection to server was closed' is occured. It is very strange I have succeeded in my own machine.Bu I tried so many
times on another machine, but not succeed. Below is output text of another machine log.

Exclamation My worry of Scenter listener for SCAuto Research

Hi, Recently I have done a research with use of Scenter listener for SCAuto and SCAuto API. The result is SCAuto API can be work well with OVSC6.2.1 on WinXP system, whereas it doesn't work at all with OVSC6.2.1 on Win2k3 system. It means that Scenter listener for SCAuto may be NOT supported on Win2k3 besides WinXP system.

I can provide some proof belowed which demonstrate my worry aboved.

    1. Normal output of WinXP system

Hard to say, I'd probably open a support ticket with HP if I were you (it looks like you may already be an HP employee)?

The "0XC0000005" exceptions are typically memory access errors, or file access errors. Maybe your system cannot allocate the memory stack used by the listener for one reason or another? Maybe it cannot access language information on the Windows 2003 server? Again, I'd open a support case.

So far I want to update my research about SCAuto API.
Currently I haven't succeeded on any machines both XP system and Win2k3 system besides my owon system, it's really very strange.
Now what I can think is that no more things are done on my own machine.
