    Hi guys,

    Does anyone know how to change the content of mails been sent out? And to create a hyperlink routing them back into the ticket? At the moment it only include a one liner. Our customer would like to see the description of the call/incident or changes.

    You can can associate a format with the notification or the macro and use the Forms Designer to tailor the format.

    And to create a hyperlink routing them back into the ticket?
    Look on the Help for the chapter entitled "Example: Sending Web tier URLs through e-mail notifications"

    At the moment it only include a one liner. Our customer would like to see the description of the call/incident or changes.
    Associate a format containing whatever fields you need like I said.
    And use the HELP
