I tried to set reminder for one of my interactions but the pop up/email doesn't trigger. When i set the reminder, it did give the message saying "Reminder scheduled for <time>"
Please help.

Hi,
I did some quick tests and the option Email (Message Type:Send Incident) did send a mail.
The option popup doesn't actually show a popup but shows the text in the message bar.

Do I need to configure any settings?
I open the interaction, then choose set reminder, whether i select Pop up, Email or SC mail, i don't see any action being triggered.

I'm dealing with the same situation as sdlow here. Nothing happens.
I discussed this with HP support. The popup is just a message. No idea if it will change in future. Me, my customers and I guess the rest of the world expected a popup. HP development seems to have a different understanding.
