    Default Anyone using SCAuto 4.0.2 ?

    Hi,

    I see there is a 'new' SCAuto 4.0.2. Is anyone using it?

    In my opinion SCAuto is just too old, besides we have had problems with national characters. ConnectIt is much more flexible.

    I wonder why HP propose SCAuto as integration tool even with Service
    Manager 7.

    Is there a big difference between SCAuto 4 and 4.0.2?

    Well, I'm still on an older version. But I'm now having stability issues after upgrading to SC 6.2. I'm going to look for that 4.0.2 that your mentioning.
